We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase and hosted on AWS infrastructure in Australia. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security, and regular security audits.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Quantum WMS is a multi-tenant application. Each workspace's data is strictly isolated using row-level security policies. Users in one workspace cannot access data from another workspace.
